Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs), Serviced Accommodation (SA) & Buy to Lets
Houses of Multiple Occupation
Houses of Multiple Occupation are houses which are rented to a number of unrelated people. Each person rents out a room within the same house. Rooms are rented on a long-term basis. Sometimes we rent our properties to charities which then place multiple people within the same house.
Serviced Accommodation
Serviced Accommodation is property which is rented out per night. We target corporate clients and contractors who want longer bookings to increase profits. This is a higher cash flow strategy than Buy to Lets.
Buy to Let
Buy to Let properties are rented out on a long term basis. They require less time to manage than other strategies and provide a steady and consistent cash flow. As the property increases in value, it can be refinanced, releasing additional funds.
